As we continue to follow all the Deconfinement Plan set up by the DGS (General Department of Health), WEAS wishes everyone a happy and safe Easter.

After such a trying year, WEAS celebrated the end of 2020 by giving it’s employees the customary Christmas gift basket.

On page 36 of the new Revista Business Portugal Magazine, published on the 31st of August in conjunction with the Jornal Publico, WEAS Unipessoal administrator Alípio Teixeira, talks about the events of the year and how WEAS, has had to adapt to a new world in 2020.

The ISO standard:9001:2015 certification audit follow-up took place this past Wednesday, July the 22nd, 2020. The WEAS Quality Management System was audited and successfully obtained zero non-conformities. Having been renewed for a further 3 years.

This year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, WEAS’ celebration of it´s anniversary is more contained, our priority is the safety of our workers, clientes and suppliers.

Upon the advice of the Portugues Health Departament WEAS will be closing from the 9th to the 13th of April during the Easter Weekend due to the contigency plan of the COVID19 virus. We will be reopening our doors on the 14th of Abril 2020.

The magazine  Revista Business Portugal published an article regarding its visit to WEAS Unipessoal LDA earlier this month. The monthly magazine published on the 30th of September, which is distribuited in conjunction with the newspaper Publico, highlighted the path that WEAS has taken over the past 3 years as a company in the forefront of the technological world.
