Our headquarters are located at Rua do Tirado, Armazém 4, Cernache, County of Coimbra.
WEAS – Wiring, Electronic and Assembling Solutions, created after a breakdown of another society, is a new company that bases his work in three big business areas as an Outsourcing Partner, which are: Wiring production, from the simplest to the most complex, Electronics, with both repairing and total production of your PCB’s, and Machines Assembly, where we are perfectly able to support you since the prototype phase until the series production.
Even though WEAS was born this year, we have a high degree of technical competence and a deep knowledge of the market, due to over 10 years of experience of most of our team in all business areas, giving us a distinctive know-how and an enlarged competitiveness.
Therefore, WEAS is strongly focused in providing a high quality service and demonstrating how complete as Outsourcing Partner we can be. We assure you that we are able to produce everything you need for your Project because our three business areas complement each other in a unique concept: Integration. In other words, your project delivered “turnkey”.

- Diversify the activity, searching for new markets in Western Europe;

At the moment, WEAS has 25 people working at our headquarters, distributed between Quality, Commercial, Logistics, Administrative&HR, Engineering and Production.
Regarding our Clients geographic distribution, they are mostly located in Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Malta and Portugal.
WEAS has an annual production capacity, per core, distributed as below:
Cabling = 350.000 units
Electronics = 50.000 units
Assembly = 30.000 units
After Sales = 5.000 units
WEAS has planned investments for 2017 in two important areas for the development of the company, which are Electronic Technology and Product Development.
WEAS is focused in consolidating its position in existing markets, as well as investing in new ones to obtain at least 50% in 2017.

Social Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainability
2019
WEAS celebrated it´s 3rd Anniversary, on the past 3rd of June, and following the tradition of previous years, WEAS continued with it’s actions of Social Responsibility.
As stated by Alípio Teixeira, WEAS’ CEO “social responsability is increasingly a leading concern in Businesses due to the impact it has on society on a whole and on the nuclei of the underprivileged.”
The path we have taken, of which we are proud, strives to include a sense of citizenship by the WEAS workers and that compromise with the Community is an integral part of WEAS’ DNA.
This year, the choice befell on the Montemor-o-Velho nuclei of the APPACDM (Associação Portuguesa para Pais e Amigos do Cidadão Deficiente Mental), the donations delivered are fundamental to the continued professional training course that the association offers it’s users.
2018
Christmas is a time for celebration, this year WEAS started the Christmas season by giving a little of themselves to “Lar de S. Martinho – Obra do Padre Serra”, an instituition that shelters 11 to 21 year old children.
The WEAS workers were given the oportunity to see the work done by the instituition. The home, that shelters at risk youths, is in need of help, so the donations given by the company and it’s workers, were welcome.
As is becoming tradition, WEAS started it’s second anniversary celebrations, with a visit to the “Centro da Nossa Senhora dos Milagres das Cáritas de Cernache” as part of it’s Social Responsibility.
After the delivery of donations of food and higiene products, this was followed by a tour of the instituition and it’s instalations. The WEAS workers were given the oportunity to see the work that the center provides with the shelter of at risk children and infants, as well as the creche and daycare facility the house.
The center does not only concentrate on infants and toddlers, but it also cares for the well being of the senior population with a day care center for the Seniors were they can have a place to interact.
2017
For the second consecutive year, as part of the Social Responsability policy, WEAS delivered a donation to “Casa do Gaiato de Miranda do Corvo”.
Every worker had the opportunity to know the institution, as well as all its remarkable work over the years. Regading the goods that were collected this year, WEAS team delivered mostly school material and food products.
To commemorate its 1ST anniversary, WEAS launched a new challenge among its employees and together they collected food and varied materials for the Institution – Acreditar (Associação de Pais e Amigos de Crianças com Cancro) from Coimbra.
With the presence of all employees, the delivery was made, as well as a brief explanatory session, by the Institution staff, about the work they do with sick children, mainly with oncological diseases.
In the pursue of its Social Responsability policy, Weas has strengthened its action close to the Local Communities.
With all these actions, Weas intends , above all , to be an integral part of the Society and participate actively in its development.
2016
18th January
WEAS – Wiring Electronic and Assembly Solutions delivered a donation to the Association “O Ninho dos Pequenitos”.
During the Christmas season, WEAS’ Workers and Board collected not only food and health products, but also clothes and toys under the theme “Smiles Collection”.
According to Eng. Alípio (WEAS CEO), “it’s gratifying to know and contribute to such prestigious Institutions with so remarkable work within our society”,
This project is a part of WEAS Social Responsibility policy, which is a concept intrinsically valued by the company.
